100 % Glera von 80 Jahre alten Reben auf mageren Mergelböden in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, dem historischen Herz des Prosecco-Gebiets. Nur der erste Presssaft, spontane Vergärung, Flaschengärung im Frühjahr. 11 % Alkohol. Der Bodensatz bleibt in der Flasche.

Trübes Strohgelb mit zarter, natürlicher Perlage. In der Nase Apfel, weiße Blüten, Hefe und ein mineralischer Unterton. Am Gaumen trocken, lebendig und erfrischend — die feine Kohlensäure und die knackige Säure machen ihn zum perfekten Aperitif.
