Abhängig vom jeweiligen Modell werden einzelne enthaltene Dichtringe nicht benötigt. 

Feder-Edelstahl-Membran aus deutscher Fertigung, alle Dichtringe aus teurem FPM/FKM: In anderen Dichtsätzen sind häufig Dichtringe aus NBR oder gar Silikon enthalten. Diese werden durch den hohen Aromatengehalt in modernen Superkraftstoffen nach kurzer Zeit undicht.

Neben der Edelstahl-Membran und allen Dichtringen und Kupferdichtringen sind außerdem folgende Teile enthalten: Kupferdichtringe (Made in Germany) für die Montage der Einspritzleitungen und Einschraubstutzen, Einstellscheiben für die verschiedenen Systemdruckreglertypen, Gehäuseschrauben, Montageschrauben für die Montage am Luftmengenmesser, eine Demontage-Schraube zum Entnehmen der Einsteck-Benzinfilter in den Einspritzports, drei Demontage-Schrauben zum Öffnen der Gehäusehälften und Zitronensäuregranulat zum Reinigen aller Feinfilter.

Lieferung inklusive extrem ausführlicher und mit über 70 Bildern illustrierter Schritt-für-Schritt- Anleitung (in deutscher und englischer Sprache). Die Anleitung ist so detailliert, dass eine Reparatur auch für Laien möglich ist! Die Anleitung wird als PDF per eMail an Sie verschickt.

Depending on your model, some included parts may not be needed.

Stainless-spring-steel-membrane from german production, all sealing rings made from expensive FPM/FKM: The sealing rings in other Repair Kits are often made from NBR or even silicon. These O-rings do not resist modern super-fuel for more than a few years before they become leaky.

Besides the membrane and all sealing-rings and copper washers the following parts are as well included:

New copper washers (made in germany) for mounting the injection-fuel-lines and all thread-in-fittings, shims for adjusting the different types system-pressure-regulators, housing-screws, montage screws for mounting the Fuel Distributor to the airflow housing, a demontage-screw for removing the small injection-line-fuel-filters, three demontage-screws for opening the housing halves and citric acid granulate for cleaning all fine fuel filters.

Delivery with a very very detailed step-by-step repair instruction (in english), illustrated with more then 70 pictures! The repair instruction is so detailed that a repair can be done by a layman! The instruction will be sent to you via eMail as PDF-file.
