Das EP Sieb von Pesado ist ein hochpräzises, elektro-poliertes Sieb für anspruchsvolle Espresso-Extraktionen. Es richtet sich an Baristas und Home-Baristas, die bei mittel- bis dunkel gerösteten Kaffees maximale Konstanz, Körper und Klarheit im Geschmack erzielen möchten.
Dank der elektropolierten und dadurch wirklich superglatten Oberfläche fließt das Wasser gleichmäßiger durch das Kaffeemehl und ermöglicht so eine kontrolliertere Extraktion, weniger Channeling und reproduzierbare Shots mit vollem Mundgefühl.
