Die ST X Gewindefahrwerke erlauben durch die stufenlose Gewindeverstellung eine moderate bis eXtreme Tieferlegung. Basierend auf dem Knowhow von KW, dem Marktführer für individuelle Fahrwerklösungen, überzeugen die ST X Gewindefahrwerke durch ihre Qualität und Fahrdynamik.Die ST X Gewindefahrwerke made by KW lassen sich schnell und einfach über das Trapezgewinde am verzinkten und mehrfach versiegeltem Federbein im Niveau der Tieferlegung justieren. Dazu wird im eingebauten Zustand der ST Polyamid-Gewindefederring nach oben oder unten gedreht. Der Verstellbereich ist bei jedem Fahrzeug unterschiedlich, so liegt er etwa beim Audi A3 an der Vorder- und Hinterachse zwischen 35 und 65 mm. Bei einem bereits im Serienzustand relativ tiefen Fahrzeug wie zum Beispiel dem BMW 3er (E9x), können mit dem ST X Gewindefahrwerk individuelle Tieferlegungen im Bereich von 30 bis 60 mm vorne und 25 bis 55 mm hinten erzielt werden. Bei Fahrzeugen mit nicht-radführenden Doppelquerlenker-Hinterachsen wird die Tieferlegung über die ST X Gewindefahrwerke Hinterachs-Höhenverstellung eingestellt.
Eine Dämpferabstimmung für mehr Fahrspaß
Bei der von ST Suspensions in Zusammenarbeit mit KW genutzten Dämpfersetup steht eine sportliche Abstimmung im Fokus. Dadurch verringern sich beim Einfedern die typischen Roll- und Wankbewegungen der Karosserie. Ein mit einem ST Gewindefahrwerk ausgestattetes Fahrzeug agiert direkter auf alle Fahrmanöver und ist beim Fahren deutlich agiler. Beispielsweise taucht bei Bremsmanövern die Nase des Fahrzeugs weniger ein und die Handling-Eigenschaften steigern sich. Die hochwertige Verarbeitung der ST X Gewindefahrwerke beinhalteten neben einem reibungsarmen und druckbeständigen Gehäuse auch eine verchromte Kolbenstange. Für langen Fahrspaß sorgt auch das Monoblock-Führungs- und Dichtungspaket, das den Zweirohrdämpfer vor dem Eindringen von Schmutzpartikeln schützt.

Great Toy!

This has been a great toy for our 11 week old German Shepherd. She absolutely loves it. I can get out all of her toys and lay them out with the exception of her "Lizzy" and she will immediately go to her toy bin and get it herself. Needless to say it is her favorite toy. She has had it a week now and she plays with it a lot, chewing and squeaking. It's a pretty amazing toy to have held up this long already and to date shows no sign of wear or damage. Lizzy just keeps going and going.

This item came with plush missingand thread unraveling on one leg

I bought this toy because my dog spent a week playing with the same toy from Zanies that belonged to a visiting dog. My dog was very gentle with this toy, which he loved, so we decided to find one for him. The toy that arrived had no Zanies label and missing plush on the bottom where the label should have been, plus other bare spots in the area that showed the white mesh beneath. It also had a long thread at the joint of a rear leg so I knotted it at the joint and clipped it to prevent my dog from pulling at it but it's apparent that the sewing is loose and wont last long. The color was also much lighter than the toy he'd been playing with that belonged to the guest dog but I figured it might just be from a different dye lot (it was not bought at Amazon but their local pet store.) I am not convinced this is a real Zanies toy. There were two labels in French and it said it was made in China. I am returning this toy and will get a replacement and see how it looks. If it seems like it will fall apart or is not the real thing I will return it immediately. If it has a label and is in good shape and sewn well at the seams I'll revise this review.

Fantastic Dog Toy!!!

This is a great toy!!! My dog has lots of toys. But one of the problems is he has trouble getting the squeaker to squeak. He's an 18 lb terrier mix, and those squeakers are just elusive. Breaks my heart.
This one, though, the squeakers (there are two) are in small areas (head and tail), that are easy for him to get his whole mouth around and squeak. They also don't move, which also makes them easy to squeak.
So he's been squeaking up a storm since he got this!
Other plusses:
* The material is great (soft, furry material, that seems to be of good quality).
* The toy expands and contracts, which is fun.
* It's pleasant to look at.
All in all, I'd say this is one of the best dog toys I've ever bought for my dog. Highly recommended!

Great Toy in Spite of Everything.

My dog is a border collie. She loves chewing, fetching, tug of war and catch. The first day we had this toy she chewed off two of the feet. I didn't give it much of a life span. Two weeks later she chewed off a third foot. Miraculously no stuffing was exposed. It has now been a month and the toy is still going strong, albeit with one foot! She loves it.
It is now June 1st. It has been almost three months and I am retiring the toy. It no longer has any feet and the tail has been ripped open and stuffing is coming out. All in all I think I got my money's worth from this toy. I ordered another one. She still loves it!
