Die Abu Garcia Beast X2 (Casting) ist eine Rutenserie mit einer großen Auswahl an Ruten für den begeisterten Hechtangler. Diese Ruten sind stark und zuverlässig und perfekt dafür geeignet, um den ganzen Tag mit großen Ködern auf große Hechte zu angeln. Wurf auf Wurf bis die große Mutti beißt. Um diese Performance zu erreichen haben mehrere europäische Profi-Hechtangler die Ruten über einen längeren Zeitraum ausgiebig getestet und optimiert.

Leichter und mit verbesserter Rutenaktion

Die Abu Garcia Beast X2 (Casting) ist auf einem Fast Taper 30T Carbon Blank aufgebaut, welcher der Rute eine verbesserte Rutenaktion verleiht. Zusätzlich wurden leichtere Seaguide Stainless Steel XOG Anti-Tangle Ringe verbaut, welche zur verbesserten Aktion beitragen und auch das Rutengewicht weiter reduzieren. So schaffte Abu Garcia es, dass die neuen Ruten über 15 % leichter als ihr Vorgänger sind. Perfekt für lange Angeltage und ein hohes Angelvergnügen.

Hohe Ergonomie und sicherer Halt für den Köder

Die Abu Garcia Beast X2 (Casting) ist mit einem Split Grip aus High Density EVA versehen. Das Design dieses Griffs und der Rollensattel sind sehr ergonomisch geformt und bieten somit eine tolle Haptik. Einen weiteren tollen Halt, aber für den Köder, bietet der bereits montierte Hakenhalter. Dieser ermöglicht es den Köder am Blank zu fixieren. Man muss den Köder also nicht in den Rutenringen einhängen und Beschädigungen riskieren.

Modelle für Livetechnik, Jerkbaits und zum Allround-Hechtangeln

Von der Abu Garcia Beast X2 (Casting) gibt es eine große Auswahl an Ruten, von denen die meisten zum Allround-Hechtangeln bestens geeignet sind. Die kürzeren Modelle haben jedoch einen expliziten Verwendungszweck, für welchen sie optimiert wurden. Die 6511 HP Live Vert Cast ist eine Rute, die speziell für das vertikale Pelagen mit Livetechnik ausgelegt ist. Mit dieser kann man einen großen pelagischen Köder perfekt präsentieren. Die 6611 H JB Casting dagegen ist zum Werfen mit Jerkbaits gedacht. Mit ihrer Länge 1,98 m und dem Wurfgewicht von 35 -100 g bekommt man den Jerkbait auf hohe Wurfweiten katapultiert und hat optimale Voraussetzungen für die perfekte Köderführung. Die weiteren Ruten ab 7011 MH Casting aufwärts sind die Allroundmodelle für alle Arten von Hechtködern bis hin zu Big Baits. Diese Ruten fühlen sich besonders wohl mit Ködern, die linear eingekurbelt werden, wie Swimbaits, Spinnerbaits, große Wobbler und Gummifische.

Got a set of these for my wife and myself as we were struggling with our old pillows. These have some really good qualities and some things we'd like to see changed. First, the good: These are look and feel like they are high quality and made with good materials. The foam itself has a very nice feel to it. We love the fact they are adjustable to add or remove foam. They come with a pretty substantial amount already in the pillow. We appreciate the CertiPur certification. Now the improvements or changes we'd like to see: The foam, while feeling great, doesn't bounce back well if you scrunch your pillows, and so every day you have to fluff and reshape the pillow, moreso than some other memory foam pillows we've owned. One side of the pillow is cooled and you can feel that even through the pillow case, and that's a great thing. However, one side is not cooled and we'd have preferred if both sides were made of the cooling material. Overall, these are good pillows and we are not disappointed with the purchase. They are not, however, our perfect pillows (which do seem hard to find), and at some point in the future will probably make their way to the guest bedroom. We would rate them as some of the better pillows we've tried and feel most people would probably like them.

I’m really enjoying mine about one of those silk pillowcases to go over it and it sleeps cool and comfortable. Best wishes in your search for the right pillow. Update: I’ve been using this pillow several months and it continues. Give me a good night rest pain-free.. well worth the money. UPDATE: I have been using this pillow for three months and it still works great. It does not flat out or get hot..
