Motor Unterfahrschutz für Ford Ranger T6 & T7

Der Unterfahrschutz mit 4 mm Wandstärke wurde so konzipiert, dass er bei den relevanten Stellen versteift wurde, um die maximale Festigkeit zu erreichen, die das Fahrzeug im Gelände benötigt.

Wir haben die Aufkantungen alle verschweißt und das Aluminium danach mit einer kathodischen Tauchlackierung behandelt, damit die Pulverbeschichtung länger hält. Für die Pulverbeschichtung haben wir uns entschieden, um am Fahrzeug ein wertiges und schönes Bauteil zu verbauen.

Die Serviceöffnung für die Öl Ablass Schraube ist gekennzeichnet und ausgenommen. Für den Offroadbetrieb wurden Ablauf und Reinigungsöffnungen verbaut,  damit der Schlamm und Dreck sich nicht im Unterfahrschutz verfängt.

Wir verwenden Aluminium 5052, somit hochwertigeres Aluminium, wie es sonst für den Unterfahrschutz verwendet wird.
Für die Montage haben wir große Eingriffe bereits vorbereitet, um die Montagezeit auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren.

Hinweis:

Wir haben bei einigen unserer Produkte die Beschichtung geändert. Bei bereits montierten Produkten und deinem neuen Unterfahrschutz kann es deshalb zu Abweichungen kommen.

Achtung:

Der Motor Unterfahrschutz kann nur in Kombination mit dem Kühler Unterfahrschutz montiert werden.
Bei Fahrzeugen mit Body Lift, kann der Unterfahrschutz nur montiert werden, wenn unser Seilwindensystem verbaut ist.
