Die WRV wurde im Jahr 2012 entworfen. Ihre Form, die stark von den Taucheruhren der 70er Jahre inspiriert ist, verbindet die ästhetischen Codes dieser Zeit mit den Zwängen einer funktionalen Uhr. In dieser Neuauflage ist die WRV mit einem neuen elektrischen Uhrwerk ausgestattet. Originalität, sogar das Datum ist mit Leuchtmasse bedeckt!

Die zweite von Frank Huyghe im Jahr 2012 entworfene Uhr, die WRV, folgt ihrer Vorgängerin im Geiste, nicht aber in der Form. Ihre Tonneau-Form ist weiser, glatter und entschieden typisch für das Tauchen und den Geist der Siebzigerjahre. Denn ihre Form, die stark von den Taucheruhren der siebziger Jahre inspiriert ist, verbindet die ästhetischen Codes dieser Zeit der Freiheit mit den Zwängen einer Gebrauchsuhr. Sie passt sich allen Situationen an, ohne ihre Herkunft zu verleugnen... Mit einer gewissen Originalität, die uns in eine Zeit zurückversetzt, in der das Tauchen als gefährlicher Sport galt, der nur einer Elite und einigen wenigen Militärtauchern vorbehalten war. So far so good with this deodorant regarding how well it performs through a full day of light activity (morning yoga, playing with the dog, carrying kids around, etc.). The scent is light and I notice it periodically throughout the day, but it's light enough to not be overwhelming or smell like a strong cologne. The fragrance is very "Man Fireplace Candle" type scent, but in a good way that is perfect for its purpose. My biggest complaint is the deodorant is very malleable, almost putty-like, so it tends to get squished out the sides of the lid when open/closed daily, therefore making it messy. This is relatively avoidable by just winding down the wheel each time, but is "annoying" as opposed to just using and capping. It glides on smoothly and feels good on skin or "hairy pits". A little pricier, but it's worth it in my opinion. Will be purchasing again.
