Das HSA 800 Evo ist ein Update des HSF AERO HC 800 mit verbesserter Platzierung für Garmin-Geräte und einem verfeinerten Verschlussmechanismus.

Das HSA 800 Evo wurde entwickelt, um alle wesentlichen Funktionen eines Aerobar-Flaschensystems sowie einige Premium-Zusätze zu integrieren. 

Zusätzlich wurde die Form der Flasche so gestaltet, dass der Flaschenhalter vom Wind verdeckt wird.

Profil Design hat daran gearbeitet, die Frontalfläche so weit wie möglich zu minimieren, um aerodynamischen Widerstand zu vermeiden.

Die Halterung hat eine leicht abgesenkte 'V'-Form, um sie zwischen den Extensions zu zentrieren und das Risiko zu reduzieren, dass die Flasche mit schmalen Armlehnenpositionen kollidiert. Die Halterung ermöglicht eine 40mm-Spannweite in der Abstandseinstellung der Extensions.
