Pro Recovery von Sponser® ist ein Protein- Kohlenhydrat Regenerationsshake für den anspruchsvollen Ausdauer- und Kraftsportler. Der hochwertige Proteinanteil besteht aus einer einzigartigen Kombination der Proteinkomponenten Molke, Ei und Casein im Verhältnis 1:1:1 sowie Colostrum und vorgespaltenen Milch-Proteinhydrolysaten. Diese Proteinkombination sorgt sowohl für eine optimale Regeneration nach körperlicher Aktivität als auch für effektives Wachstum und Erhalt der Muskelmasse.
Die Mischung von verschiedenen Arten von Kohlenhydraten unterstützt die erste Regenerationsphase und das Wiederauffüllen der Glykogenspeicher nach der Leistung, ohne dabei übermässige Kohlenhydrat- und Kalorienmengen zuzuführen. So kann Pro Recovery flexibler eingesetzt und berücksichtigt werden, wenn bereits während oder nach der Belastung anderweitig noch Kohlenhydrate eingenommen werden - beispielsweise durch Sportgetränke, Riegel oder die folgende Hauptmahlzeit.
Pro Recovery ist zusätzlich angereichert mit den Aminosäuren Leucin und Glutamin. Dank dem hohen Proteinanteil von 44% bzw. 50% ist dieser Regenerationsshake auch verwendbar als süssstoff-freier Proteinshake.
Anwendung
Vorzugsweise vor und nach der Belastung je 1 Shake.
Zubereitung
ca. 4 gestrichene Messlöffel (50 g) + ca. 150 ml Wasser oder 3 Messlöffel (35g) + 200 ml Milch.
Hinweis: Zusätzlich zu einer abwechslungsreiche und ausgewogenen Ernährung und einer gesunden Lebensweise. Enthält ca. 1g Lactose pro Portion (Wasserzubereitung)
