Arginin in bester Bioverfügbarkeit L-Arginin ist eine wichtige Aminosäure des Harnstoff- und Citratzyklus. Damit spielt sie eine direkte Rolle für die Regulierung des Stickstoffoxidspiegels, der wichtig für eine funktionierende Durchblutung ist, sowie die Energiebereitstellung. Im Gegensatz zu Citrullin, welches die Argininspiegel nach Einnahme erst nach 40-60 Minuten erhöht ist Arginin-Alphaketoglutarat noch einmal eine Spur schneller darin, die Serumspiegel zu erhöhen. Für maximalen Synergieeffekt empfiehlt sich also eine kombinierte Einnahme beider Stoffe. Während reines L-Arginin oder Arginin HCL oftmals eher schlecht vom Körper aufgenommen werden, bietet die von uns verwendete Kombination von Arginin und Alpha-Ketoglutarsäure maximale Absorption und damit vollen Nutzen. Super cute landing space for keys

I always have trouble finding my keys and so it’s been very helpful to have a dedicated spot to easily throw them in when I get home. At first I thought it would be too big but it’s the perfect size for two wallets and keys, and it’s good quality albeit a bit expensive. The gold isn’t too shiny either, it’s a nice touch and it really reduces the look of clutter on your surfaces and helps it look more organized. It also doesn’t slip around.
