Zitrushlften werden dafr in die kreisrunden Tcher aus Baumwolle (lebensmittelecht) eingeschlagen und mit einem Band verschnrt. Die Serviertcher verhindern beim Ausdrcken, dass Kerne in die Speisen fallen und der Zitrussaft in unerwnschte Richtungen spritzt.
