Besonderheiten: Der Mhoba White 2025 ist ein außergewöhnlicher, ungealterter Pot Still Rum aus Südafrika, der in Zusammenarbeit mit Habitation Velier abgefüllt wurde. Hergestellt aus reinem N49-Zuckerrohrsaft, einer lokalen Sorte aus dem Mpumalanga-Flusstal im Nordosten des Landes, wird der Saft biologisch angebaut und manuell gepresst. Die Destillation erfolgt in handgefertigten Brennblasen, die vom Brennmeister selbst entworfen wurden, gefolgt von einer wilden Fermentation unter freiem Himmel. Mit einem beeindruckenden Congeneren-Gehalt von 839,7 g/hlpa und einem Alkoholgehalt von 66,2% vol. präsentiert sich dieser Rum als kraftvolles und intensives Destillat. Aromen von schwarzen Oliven und Lack gehen über zu üppigem Muscovado-Zucker und reifen Bananen, während leicht rauchige Noten und Zitrusfrüchte im Finish für Frische und Leichtigkeit sorgen.
