Was ist ein Konro-Grill? Ein Konro ist ein traditioneller japanischer Holzkohlegrill mit hohen, isolierten Wänden, der die Hitze bündelt und so besonders effizientes Grillen über Glut ermöglicht – ideal für Yakitori, Fisch, Gemüse und scharfes Anbraten.

Welche Kohle sollte ich verwenden? Am besten Binchotan- bzw. Sumi-Bincho-Kohle. Sie brennt heißer und länger als gewöhnliche Holzkohle, raucht kaum und überträgt keine Fremdaromen.

Für wie viele Personen reicht ein Kasai? Je nach Größe für 2–3 (Nano Pro) bis 10–16 Personen (XL). Für die meisten Familien und kleine Runden ist die Little oder Medium die passende Wahl.

Ist der Kasai pflegeleicht? Ja. Die hohe Hitze sterilisiert die Oberfläche von selbst; die Asche lässt sich einfach ausbürsten und sogar als Dünger weiterverwenden. Keine Chemie nötig.

Kann ich den Kasai drinnen verwenden? Der Kasai ist für gut belüftete Bereiche bzw. den Außenbereich konzipiert. In Profiküchen wird er unter entsprechender Abluft eingesetzt.

However, the gel pad inside (at the heel) was still working just fine. Anyway, this new set includes 2 pairs, with a gel pad inside each heel area. Results are truly amazing, I kid you not. You can use them without a moisturizer, but I like to put moisturizer on my heels, then wear these overnight, and in the morning my heels are soft, with no dry skin and NO cracks. I like the fact that these are kind of soft and fuzzy (outside), but I LOVE that they leave your toes exposed and cool (because my heels feel kind of warm from the moisturizer and gel pad). They are of good thickness, and I feel they will last a long time (of course remains to be seen). Highly recommend.
