Unser Bonatap M38 Kleber ist für Polsterarbeiten vorgesehen. Sie können mit dem Bonatap M38 Schaumstoffe aller art kleben.

 

Der Bonatap M38 ist nicht zum verkleben von Autohimmelstoffen und anderen Stoffen, die direkter Sonneneinstrahlung ausgesetzt sind. Hierfür empfehlen wir einen Bonaterm Kleber aus unserem Shop.

 

Der Bonatap M38 Kleber sollte beidseitig mit einer Sprühpistole aufgetragen werden. Für kleinere Stellen können Sie zum Auftragen auch einen Pinsel verwenden.

Anwendung

 

  • Dose vor Gebruch gut schütteln
  • Die zu verklebenden Teile müssen Schmutz und Staubfrei sein
  • Den Kleber auf die Materialien mit einer pneumatischen Pistole oder Pinsel auftragen. 
  • Beim einseitigen Auftragen beträgt die Bindungszeit 1-5 Min., beim zweiseitigen Auftragen 1-10 Min. 
  • Teile fest zusammendrücken

  • Im gut gelüfteten Raum arbeiten
  • Kontakt des Klebers und der Kleberdämpfe mit offenenFeuerquellen sowie mechanische und elektrostatische Funkenbildung vermeiden.
  • Elektroanlagen und Elektrogeräte nur in explosionsgeschützter Ausführung.
  • Lösungsmitteldämpfe bilden mit der Luft eine explosive Mischung.
