Poldino Polpettino ist das Küchengerät, mit dem Sie mit einer einzigen Geste schöne Fleischbällchen für die Kreation perfekter Rezepte zubereiten können.
Das Produkt ist einfach zu bedienen und absolut spülmaschinenfest. Produkt vollständig in Italien hergestellt.

Wie benutzt man:

  • Es wird dringend empfohlen, mageres Fleisch zu verwenden, das zweimal zerkleinert wurde.
  • Legen Sie den Teig auf das Nudelbrett, nehmen Sie ein Blatt Pergamentpapier und legen Sie es auf den Teig und rollen Sie ihn mit einem Nudelholz aus.
  • Das Pergamentpapier entfernen, Poldino Polpettino nehmen und auf den Teig legen, drücken und gerade so weit drehen, dass die Fleischbällchen herauskommen.
  • Poldino Polpettino anheben und auf einer Arbeitsfläche schütteln, um die Frikadellen zu lösen, eventuelle Fettfäden können mit einem Spatel entfernt werden.
