ZYKLON-SEPERATOR

Machen Sie die Absauganlage in Ihrer Werkstatt effizienter mit dem IGM Zyklon-Staubabscheider. Der Staubabscheider trennt Sägespäne, Splitter und Staubpartikel in einen Abfallbehälter und reduziert so Schäden an der Absauganlage. Indem Sie nur feinen Staub freisetzen, verlängern Sie die Lebensdauer der Absaugschläuche, Filter und des Absauggebläses. Aufgrund ihres Designs haben sie einen elliptischen Staubabscheider und die Schaufeln haben wenig Einfluss auf den Druckabfall und erhalten so einen optimalen Luftstrom aufrecht.Der Staubabscheider kann auf dem Deckel eines Behälters nahezu jeder Größe angebracht werden. Eine Bohrschablone für den Deckel des Abfallbehälters ist im Lieferumfang enthalten. Verwenden Sie für beste Leistung nur Zimmermannsholz mit einem Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von maximal 8 % und wählen Sie eine geeignete Maschinen- und Materialvorschubgeschwindigkeit, um Splitter oder Späne kleiner als 50 mm zu erzeugen. Ausgelegt zum Anschluss zwischen Maschine und Absauganlage an Schläuchen mit einem Durchmesser von 100 mm.

Beim Einschalten der Absauganlage erzeugt die ausgeklügelte Konstruktion des Staubabscheiders ein Vakuum im Abfallbehälter. Dann wird der größte Teil des Abfallmaterials (Staub, Splitter, Sägespäne) in den Abfallbehälter ausgetragen, nicht in die Absauganlage. Die Größe des Abfallbehälters können Sie selbst wählenSie müssen den Inhalt des Abfallbehälters, der Teil des Absauganlage ist, nicht ständig entleeren.

You are going to read this review and think "my dog will be different" just as I did reading some of the poor reviews.
