Diese werden einige Tage mazeriert und dann schonend gebrannt. Das Ergebnis ist ein klassischer Kakaobrand mit einem intensiven Aroma. Um diesen abzurunden setzen wir den Brand mit Kakaoschoten-Direktsaft auf die Trinkstärke von 35% Vol. herunter. Hierbei handelt es sich um den Saft auf dem weißen Fruchtfleisch der Kakaoschote, in welchem sich die Kakaobohnen befinden. Dieser Direktsaft ist überraschend fruchtig und intensiv mit einem Geschmack der an Litschis erinnert. Diese fruchtige Spritzigkeit bildet damit die perfekte Ergänzung zum intensiven und schweren Kakaoaroma. So entsteht ein perfektes Paar und dazu noch die erste ganzheitliche Kakaospirituose.
