Made entirely from Chardonnay grapes according to the ancestral method, Emily has a pale straw-yellow guise and a fine perlage. A straight-to-the-point bouquet with just a few notes of fresh flowers, is the prelude to the pleasant almondy aromas perceivable in the mouth, sealed with a proper balance between fruit and acidity.
