Die ofenfeste Keramik in Kombination mit den Löchern im Deckel sorgt für den optimalen Feuchtigkeitsgehalt während des Backens. So erhält dein Brot eine perfekte Kruste, während das Innere weich und luftig bleibt. Die Form eignet sich für eine Vielzahl von Brotsorten, einschließlich solcher aus Kastanien-, Leinsamen- oder Reismehl, sowie für glutenfreie Teige. Selbst flüssigere Teige gelingen mühelos, ohne dass du das Brot während des Backens aus der Form nehmen oder zusätzlich Wasser in den Ofen geben musst.

 

Mit kompakten Maßen von 22 x 13 x 8,5 cm und einem Fassungsvermögen von 1,8 Litern findet die Form in jeder Küche Platz und ist zudem leicht zu reinigen. Sie ist sauerteigbeständig und spülmaschinenfest, was die Pflege besonders einfach macht.
