Each kegel ball is equipped with a silicone string to easily take out the ball after use. Start by wearing the ball with the lightest weight, 46 grams, learn how to squeeze and hold the ball inside the vagina for 2 seconds in sessions of 10 or 20. Exercise frequently and slowly increase the duration of the training to the first 5 and later 10 seconds. Change to a heavier ball, 77 grams and work your way up to the heaviest ball, 107 grams.

Not Quite So Durable...

Maybe I have a SUPER aggressive chewer...he went through this ball in under a week. I originally bought the ball because of a review that stated the owner's Pitbull had the same ball for two years; not so much for my Rottweiler. He started chewing off and swallowing small crumbs from the ball within a day or two. By the end of the week, it was chunks so I had to toss it in the trash to prevent an intestinal obstruction. On the up side, my Rottweiler LOVED the ball while it lasted. However, I can't, in good conscience, give this ball a rave review based on this experience. Please take this review with a grain of salt as I have yet to find ANY toy that my boy won't DESTROY in a week or two. I hope that someone finds this informative when searching for chew toys for SUPER aggressive chewers like mine.

The perfect toy for dogs!
Style: The Duo
This is perfect when you have 2 dogs who love to play Fetch! They no longer have to chase after the same ball! The balls that come with it are very sturdy, and the launcher sends both balls far enough away so that both dogs get plenty of exercise. It’s definitely worth the price!
