Adults, adolescents, and children over 6 years old: Take 1-2 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

LOVE THIS BAG!

This is an amazing bag for traveling. It folds up easily and took up very little space in my luggage. It made a great multi-purpose tote for our trip. I used it as a beach bag, a grocery bag, and a laundry tote. And when I bought too many souvenirs, I used it as a carry-on to get my goodies home safely. I liked it so much I bought two other sizes.
