Se vuoi realizzare decorazioni come un arco, aggiungi un po 'di polvere tylo e/o acqua.Il seguente processo è raccomandato per il miglior risultato:Lascia che la pasta raggiunga la temperatura ambiente.Impastare la pasta per finché risulta liscia ed elastica.Polvere il piano di lavoro con un po 'di zucchero a velo e stendere la pasta con un rolling pin fino a ottenere una forma uniforme (2-3 mm di spessore). Ruota la pasta un quarto per evitare che si attacchi. Ci sono ancora crack piccoli visibili sui bordi quando la pasta viene srotolata? Impasta nuovamente fermamente finché i bordi sono lisci quando sruotoli la pasta.
