Getting Started:

 

1. Place Your Order: Select your tuning package that best fits your needs. Make sure all details are correct to avoid delays.

 

2. Receive Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll get an email with a link to an order form. Read this email carefully as it contains important information.

 

3. Fill Out the Order Form: Click the link in the email to fill out the order form. This gives us the details we need to create your custom tunes.

 

4. Order Processing: Once we have your form, our technicians will start working on your tune. You’ll get your custom tune within 1-3 business days, depending on the complexity of your order.

 

Note: Tune customizations or highly modified trucks require datalogging.

 

5. Receive Your Tune: Your custom tune will be sent via email with installation instructions. Or if you purchased your own device, it will be delivered to your doorstep.

Tune Installation Options:

 

1. Pre-loaded AutoCal V3 Device: Purchase an AutoCal device with your tunes pre-loaded. Simply plug it in and go! Required for modified trucks.

 

2. Email Delivery: If you already own an AutoCal or FlashScan, we’ll email your custom tune file. Make sure your device is unlinked from any previous tuner and has a VIN slot available.

Comprehensive Remote Support and Updates:

 

All our sales include remote support and unlimited free tune revisions. Plus, if you decide to upgrade to non-VGT, twins/compound setups, or larger injectors (30% increase), we’ve got you covered. It will just require datalogging.

We provide a range of power levels, but we strongly advise against exceeding an additional 120 horsepower to prevent premature transmission failure.

This power level is designed to reduce lag and improve throttle response for optimal efficiency. It's perfect for enhancing your truck’s performance while keeping it fuel efficient.

**Power Level 2: Heavy Tow (+40/60 RWHP)**

 

This power level is ideal for towing heavy loads over 15,000 pounds. It ensures your truck can handle the weight efficiently without putting too much strain on the engine and transmission. For safety and reliability, do not use higher power levels when towing loads exceeding 15,000 pounds.

Designed for towing lighter loads under 15,000 pounds or for daily driving, this power level provides a balanced performance boost. We recommend this for everyday use as it enhances overall performance while maintaining reliability.

This level is great for daily driving with a bit of extra power for more excitement, all while keeping your truck safe and reliable. It's not suitable for towing as it may exceed the efficiency threshold of the factory components.
