Belvedere’s Polska rye is a special heritage grain, one of the fine grains to remain unchanged since ancient times. Known for its tenacious ability to withstand aggressive temperatures and challenging soil, the rye is sourced from just eight local agricultural partners for 100% traceability.

The water is drawn from a natural artesian well on the grounds of the Belvedere distillery. Filtered and purified, it is blended with Polska rye to provide a flawless backdrop that allows the grain’s complex flavours to shine through.
