The Smart-AVI Dual Link DVI-D 8x8 Router is an 8-port non-blocking, dual link DVI-D matrix switch that supports switching of 8 computers with 8 displays. Also provided is multiple EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) support allowing the displays to describe their capabilities to the connected computers.
You are offered a resolution of 1920 x 1200 for each display. The Dual Link DVI-D 8 x 8 Router is compliant with RS-232 and infrared standards, and provides USB and Ethernet control options. You can remotely control the router switching operation via easy-to-use MS Windows-based software.
