Originally part of a set of cufflinks, this 18k gold spade-shaped pendant has been masterfully transformed into a lucky charm. Our jeweler added a bail and jump ring, and preserved the pendant’s pristine high-polish so that the piece seems to have been a pendant all along. Circa the 1950’s, this mid-century piece was hand-made—the jeweler’s saw marks in the gold are visible when looked at under a loop. The pendant has a depth that gives it a nice weight and makes it a substantial charm, great alone or stacked on a chain.
Playing cards have been around since the 9th century Tang Dynasty; the earliest version of the 52 card deck we use today originated from tarot cards that were used in Italy in the 15th century. The suits evolved over the centuries. The diamonds, hearts, clubs, and spades were part of the French standard deck of the 18th century. Decks often reflected the culture of the era—even real life kings were found on the court cards during their reign.
We have one pendant from each suit available in our shop, and the pendents look adorable when worn together. Or choose the suit that is luckiest for you. Alone or apart, the card suits represent chance, gamble, luck, and even love.
The spade pendant measures 1/2” x 5/8” (with an additional 6 mm round bail). It weighs 3.7 grams. This piece was found on a recent trip to Madrid, and was most likely made in Spain.

Works as intended
Size: 12 Pairs / 24 pcs
These banana plugs are quite easy to use, and securely connected my speaker cables to the receiver. They have a quality feel as well.

Tips broke in the binding post
Size: 12 Pairs / 24 pcs, Size: 12 Pairs / 24 pcs
UPDATE:
Two tips broke off when unplugging them from the binding post and are now lodged in. Inexcusable and an utterly poor product.
Solid connection in the binding post with no wobble or wiggle. They require some force to insert into the binding post, but once they're in they remain snug. I also tried removing and reinserting a few times and the connection remained solid. I've used other plugs in the past that have a softer tip and easily deform after one or two insertions. These do not have that issue.

Does the job, easy use, a bit bulky not exactly as described
Size: 12 Pairs / 24 pcs
Bare wire can be intolerable to work with. Banana plugs make a positive secure connection. These plugs are a touch bulky. Nice to not have to deal with small screws. Use as large of gauge wire as possible. The description says no unintentional disconnections. I beg to differ the bite of teeth aren’t as good as described. Used a 16 gauge pure copper speaker wire and a teenager taught me how secure the wire really is by tugging on the wire not the banana plug pulling the wire free. It does the job, it’s not the latest and greatest. If you need easy get these. If you want slim secure banana plugs buy the small screw type.
