Dosage: (Serving Size: 2 Gummies): Adults: Chew 2 gummies. Take two servings per day. Reduce daily dosage if temporary gas or bloating occurs. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotic. Take with 250 ml of water. Take two hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products since the absorption of these products may be delayed.
