It is well balanced and while it has a moderate alcohol content and no sugar, it maintains a force of richness, aromas and flavours. This is achieved by ageing Alfonso Zero in our very old barrels. This drink has a refreshing taste and can be sipped on its own, chilled, or over ice "on the rocks."
PRODUCTION: Spirits selected from good white wines, healthy and suitable for consumption. Aged for 6 months in American oak casks following the traditional Soleras and Criaderas system of Jerez wines.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: light amber coloured brandy.
Odour: It maintains the strength of rich aromas.
Taste: It is soft and, though completely dry, has a sense of sweetness on the palate, which is a classic characteristic of "old cask" sherry ageing. Refreshing taste. It is well balanced and whilst having moderate alcohol content and no sugar, it maintains the richness of aromas and flavors.
