Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) 28 mg
Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata L.) 32 mg
California poppy (Eschscholzia California) 40 mg
Corydalis (Corydalis cava) 40 mg
Neuraplex is a traditional European herbal formula used for nervousness, restlessness, mild depression, stress, anxiety, and sleep disorders. It has a regulating effect on the mind and the ANS (autonomic nervous system), leading to improvement in physical and mental well-being without any risk of addiction. The ingredients in this formula have been clinically proven for nervous agitation, insomnia, and low mood.
Recommended Dosage: Take two capsules three times a day or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Caution: Consult a healthcare practitioner if you take sedatives, MAO, non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, digoxin, theophylline, migraine therapies, anti-epilepsy drugs, anti-anxiety, seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxant and/or opiates. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience sleep disturbances, severe drowsiness and/or withdrawal symptoms upon abrupt discontinuation following chronic use.
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbance, nausea, restlessness and/or headaches. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within two hours of consumption. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV Therapy. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
Contra-indications: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are taking anti-cancer medications, blood thinners, antidepressant medications (e.g. selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors, anti-HIV agent, cardiovascular medication, immunosuppressant, and/or contraceptive medications.

This is a great book, but you're got to remember that its an excerpt of a far greater book called Sparkling Gems from the Greek. Go ahead and get this one -- but DON"T STOP UNTIL YOU'VE PLACED YOUR E ORDER FOR SPARKING GEMS.... a book that will just blow you away -- a fact evidenced by nearly 300,000 people who have already brought that hard copy book.The book above is a good start, but it's a far cry from the real Sparkling Gems from the Greek. Start with this one above -- but keep your eyes out for the day that the e-version of Sparkling Gems is announced. Sparkling Gems is a book you JUST MUST HAVE in your e-library. Hope this helps....
