With its balanced ratio of 750 mg EPA and 500 mg DHA + 1000 IU Vitamin D3 per teaspoon, NutraSea+D is an easy way to get the benefits of omega-3 and vitamin D and is suitable for adults, adolescents and children age 1+. NutraSea+D is a source of omega-3 fatty acids for the maintenance of good health and they help support cardiovascular health, cognitive health & brain function. Additionally, the liquid omega-3 is also great for children up to 12 years of age as it aids the development of the brain, eyes, and nerves. It also contains Vitamin D3 so has the added benefit of helping support immune function, as well as the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. The pure and effective omega-3 supplement is Friend of the Sea certified and PureCheck verifiable for purity and potency. Dosage: Adults and adolescents 14 years and older take 1 teaspoon a day. Children 1-13 years take ½ teaspoon a day. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 100 days.
