ClearColor may be applied over all Rosco paints. Rosco suggests you prime the substrate to prevent ClearColor from absorbing into the substrate. Light colored surfaces will yield the best results. It is also available in 4 colors plus Invisible White. ClearColor appears milky when wet but will clear as it dries -- in about 30 minutes, at 75° F.
