The cream is heavy, use about a pea size portion on your hands and feet at night. For a Deep moisturizing put cream on hands feet and sleep in cotton gloves socks. NO essential oils added. This cream doesn't contain any preservatives;

This cream doesn't contain any preservatives; therefore, shelf life is approximately 6-8 months. Store in cool location but not refrigerated.
