The plate has been pre coated with Human RIPK2 antibody. RIPK2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human RIPK2 Antibody is added and binds to RIPK2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated RIPK2

The Human (PIPK2) Receptor-interacting Serine/Threonine-protein Kinase 2 ELISA Kit measures Receptor-Interacting Serine,Threonine-Protein Kinase 2 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human RIPK2 antibody. RIPK2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human RIPK2 Antibody is added and binds to RIPK2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated RIPK2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human RIPK2. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

I had to return my printer the next day since it didn't came with the proper ink cartridges the proper instruction manual or the CD to set the computer up. I did manage to purchase new ink cartridges for this Epson printer unfortunately when I went through the setup process and install the ink cartridge the printer kept jamming on me. I don't know if the reason that I was having difficult with this printer it's because it was a refurbished printer. Try to resolve issue with printer over the phone with Amazon but that was a disappointment.
