苦茶油素有東方橄欖油之稱，但營養價值卻高於橄欖油，我們採用新鮮小果苦茶籽，經短暫低溫烘焙後冷壓初榨製成，清香不燥熱、耐高溫(發煙點約240°)，煎、煮、炒、炸、涼拌全方位都適合，富含單元不飽合脂肪酸(omega-9)高達86%、營養滿分，油質溫和，適合大眾使用的頂級食用油，苦茶油也適合每日早晨空腹少量生飲、保養腸胃。
