HEATING AND COOLING INSTRUCTIONS:
Microwave for warm therapy:
• Place the weighted waist belt in the microwave.
• Heat for 1 minute in 30-second increments.
• Check the temperature for desired warmth.
• Gently shift the filling from side to side for
even distribution.
WARNING: Do not overheat!
Use Freezer for cold therapy:
• Place the weighted waist belt in a
sealed plastic bag
• Freeze the weighted waist belt for 1 to 2 hours
USE:
Once the weighted waist belt is heated or chilled, it is ready to apply. Place the unit around
your waist. Sit back and relax as the weighted waist belt (hot or cold) soothes you.
The weighted waist belt stays in place while walking, standing, or sitting.
HELPFUL HINT:
It is best to keep good posture while using the product.
