The sandy soil and moderate rainfall in the high-altitude climate impart a unique taste to Don Mateo Joven Cupreata. Upon nosing, the pungent, smoky-sweet aroma of the agave mixes with herbaceous, wet earth notes. The silky texture on the palate warms up with flavors of roasted agaves and resinous pine bark, reminiscent of a summer afternoon in the vinata. The finish explodes with fresh cut agaves and meadows of Pino Bonito, stimulating different taste receptors in the mouth. For the record... This is the FIRST ever I'm reviewing something on the first day! This stuff smells amazing! And all I've washed so far with it is my hands! Got it, (after an 8hr shift of work) and washed my hands with it, sitting outside 80 degrees with a breeze and I keep getting a wiff of it. Smells amazing like I'm wearing a cologne! My wife noticed and asked why I was wearing cologne. Highly recommend
