Suggested Use: Shake Well Before Using

Start with ⅛ teaspoon (about 14 drops), twice daily for a week. Take orally or dilute with water or tea. Once extract is in the body’s system, the dosage can be reduced to 1 time per day depending on the severity of the complaint. Dosages may need to increase to 3 times daily for very low milk production. Take between meals and breastfeeding times.
