Usage
RINSE thoroughly to remove debris (sand, salt, etc).
PLACE in a large bowl and submerge in filtered or spring water.
SOAK overnight or for 12-36 hours. (Add 1-2 tbsp of citrus juice such as lemon or orange to neutralize the ocean taste).
Raw Preparation: RINSE again & BLEND 2 cups of sea moss with 1 cup of water until getting the desired creamy think gel.
Cook Preparation: RINSE again and BOIL 2 cups of sea moss with 1 cup of water until getting the desired creamy thick gel.
ENJOY the benefits of the Super food Sea Moss gel by adding it to smoothies or drinks, using as a thickener, or topically for body care.
Store in the fridge and use as needed. Please not: the initial creamy consistency can turn thick once chilled. Gel can be enjoyed 3-4 weeks once refrigerated.
Dry Sea Moss (unsoaked and raw) can be stored for up to one year in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
Sea Moss Gel: Stored in an airtight container, it can last in the fridge for up to 1 month. Alternatively, you can store it in the freezer for up to 3 months.
