Powered by a responsive 250W Bafang mid-drive motor with 80Nm High Torque, and a 36V 12.8Ah lithium-ion battery, the Stride L electric bike provides smooth pedal assistance up to 25 km/h / 15.5 mph, strong hill climbing performance and a practical range of up to 50 miles / 80 km per charge.

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We will send you tracking details by email within 48 hours of your order being dispatched. MISSED DELIVERIES

Once your order is ready for dispatch, either we or our designated courier will contact you via email, telephone or SMS with tracking information and where applicable, to arrange a suitable delivery window. Please ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for your item. If you need to reschedule your delivery, we kindly ask that you notify us or the courier as soon as possible.

Please be aware that once a delivery slot has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated without sufficient notice.

Important: If a delivery attempt fails and a new date or time must be arranged, you may be liable for paying the redelivery cost. For e-bike deliveries to mainland UK, this charge is typically approximately £75 + VAT.

ASSEMBLY

Roxform e-bikes arrive securely boxed and 90% assembled, with the charger included.

Once delivered, setup is quick and simple. You’ll just need to straighten and tighten the handlebars, attach the pedals and battery, then you’re ready to ride.

Any post delivery assembly requires only basic bicycle knowledge. Clear, step by step instructions are included in the box, and you can also watch the full assembly video online.

This electric bike includes a standard 1 year warranty. Simply register your warranty to extend it to 2 years and enjoy complete peace of mind.
