The Human GNPDA2 (Glucosamine-6-phosphate isomerase 2) ELISA Kit measures GNPDA2 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti GNPDA2 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with GNPDA2 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of GNPDA2 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

I've been using these pads a loooong time. They take off everything and are not irritating at all (my skin is super sensitive). However they WILL leave an oily residue on your skin causing your makeup to spread around your face a bit. I don't mind this since I'd rather be over moisturized than dry. Nothing a little Cetaphil can't conquer post eye makeup removal. I've since switched to Bioderma Crealine which lives up to all the hype. It takes ALL my makeup off without leaving any residue. I still use the EyeQ pads for heavy duty mascara and traveling since they are compact and cut down on the amount of stuff I need to carry.

I found that wiping with a cold wet cotton ball removes the excess oil from my eyelids but is necessary.
