Disregard my first review since then I realized that I didn't have the usb cable pushed in far enough for a connection which stopped the item from charging and that's why it stopped working. I bought this because of my arthritis. I could not use a manual can opener anymore. Worthless product. It lasted 3 months, only cut soft aluminum cans. No response when I emailed the company. Do not buy this product.
