- 60-inch low-profile refrigerated chef base with two drawers and a stainless steel worktop.
- Each drawer accommodates (3) 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans and (3) 1/6-size pans 6" deep.
- Solid-state digital controller includes temperature alarms and an LED display with Fahrenheit or Celsius readout.
- Side-mounted self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a front-breathing design.
- Stainless steel exterior and interior construction with 2" foamed-in-place insulation for durability and temperature retention.
- Factory-installed 4" casters with brakes make the unit easier to position and clean around.
- Rated for up to 1,000 lbs. of cooking equipment load on top.
