Welcome to our Barakah Book Club series at Barakah Beauty Collective!

Come as you are to learn and enjoy a group of sisters increasing our knowledge through fun discussions and a non-judgement zone.

The current reading is Women and Gender in Islam by Celene Ibrahim.

The reading reschedule for the remainder of 2024 is: 

Friday, September 6th 7-9pm: Intro & Chapter 1
Friday, October 4th, 7-9pm: Chapter 2
Friday, November 1st, 7-9pm: Chapter 3
Friday, December 6th, 7-9pm: Chapter 4 & Conclusion

The readings will be determined by the women who register for this book club. 

You can purchase your books from whatever source you prefer. Links above are only provided for quick reference to the understand each book's content/focus.

Process:
1. Register - include an accurate email and phone number.
2. Yumna will add you to a Whatsapp group.
3. Follow her instruction for reading, etc.
4. Come to have fun and discuss the book you choose!
