Photographers Samuel and Naomi Karth (her brother and sister-in-law) captured the discovery of Bear at Woods-on-the-Lake Cottages on the shores of Lake Michigan near Muskegon, Michigan. The photos of BearÕs road trip were taken by Mary, and BearÕs time with Mary in Texas was photographed by her sister, Susanna Karth. NaomiÕs mom, Sharon Cole, encouraged us to create a childrenÕs book with the photos and we have done so to help us remember the joy which Mary brought to us.
