FragmentsThis is a third poetry book I have written, Theyre all based on mental health, based on my experience from my own mind and written from the heart I cant promise perfection but I can promise I mean every word I say in the book. Not only do I hope to provide awareness and understanding I hope to give hope. Its raw its real, its the truth of what its like to struggle with mental health but its also to show that youre not the pain youre experiencing.

ItÕs raw itÕs real, itÕs the truth of what itÕs like to struggle with mental health but itÕs also to show that youÕre not the pain youÕre experiencing. Hopefully to those reading they will realise theyÕre not alone and there is someone out there who does understand
maybe my words wonÕt be that powerful, but what is powerful is empathy and kindness compassion and validation and I can promise this book has all those things or at least I tried to.
in a world thatÕs full of darkness I hope to provide a little light with this book.
We can all feel fragmented at times but that doesnÕt mean we canÕt make something new something thatÕs beautiful and meaningful with the broken pieces.
I hope this book could be the voice for those struggling to find the words themselves.
I hope the reader knows the world would not be better with them being gone and thereÕs more to them then their mental illness, in a society that may not understand or maybe even the people we love or care about donÕt understand I hope this book will be someoneÕs escape.
