Brewing Suggestions: 

Dive right in with a bold brew with 12oz of boiling water and steep for 10-12 minutes. 

or

Ease in with a lighter brew with 12oz of water at 190° and steep for 6-8 minutes.

Licorice Root should not be used during pregnancy. Licorice Root should not be used in persons with hypertension, liver disorders, edema, severe kidney insufficiency, low blood potassium, heart disease with edema, or congestive heart failure.
