Sterile, blinding whiteness — coupled with deafening, repetitious beeps — shocks you awake. Your heart rate slows and your breathing steadies as you realize you are in a hospital. You glance around, finding your room empty. You read your identifying armband to see a name you don't recognize. As your bare feet smack to the cold tile floor and you steady your wobbling body, you feel the foreign presence of absence. You are alone…

In Coma Ward, players are patients who have awoken in an abandoned, yet still functioning hospital with no memory and no idea of what is happening. Patients must search the hospital for clues and necessities. In their search, patients may find unspeakably terrifying things.

Each time you play, you explore an ever-changing hospital as you search for the clues to your identity and the cause of the environment's unsettling emptiness. Balance your ever worsening terror and neurosis while monitoring your health and physical attributes. Remember to stay close to those who awoke with you because the shadows of the empty hospital can destroy your already fragile psyche. Once all the clues have been discovered, the true horror begins. Players discover what is actually happening and find out who they can trust — if anyone — and how to win.

Each playing is a unique phenomenon that introduces diverse and dynamic rules. Coma Ward is a mature game with themes of violence, absolution, distrust, gore, and traumatic incidence. Player discretion is advised.

Coma Ward plays in two parts:
The Prologue:

Patients will move through the Hospital discovering new Tiles that represent rooms. Some Tiles will affect a Patient’s Health or Terror. Other Tiles will impact the game in other unpredictable ways.

While they explore and search, Patients will discover items that will help them in their frantic search for answers. Items like Clothing and makeshift Weapons will defend you from unseen forces or even other hostile Patients. While Medicine and Food can restore your Health and Focus. Ultimately, Patients are searching for the horrific Clues to what has happened in this hospital. Once all of the Clues have been revealed, the true game objective unfolds…

The Phenomenon:

Upon uncovering the final Clue, the Phenomenon is triggered. Players will then withdraw and open the specified sealed envelope from the box revealing its secret contents telling the story of what is happening and how to win the game.

Some Phenomenon are cooperative, with players racing to escape the hospital or defeat cruel forces. While other Phenomenon will pit players against each other in secret alliances or an all out fight for survival.
Each Phenomenon can lead to multiple endings. So, even if Players reveal the same Phenomenon multiple times, they will always have a unique experience.
Some Phenomenon are physical, real, threats inspired by classic horror tropes; others explore metaphysical and psychological themes…

Are you ready to open your eyes and experience the phenomenal horror of Coma Ward?

But somebody better become dominant quickly, because it’s getting mighty cold...

Absolutely great curved monitor for his PC. Samsung, top of the line can't go wrong!
Size: 32"
Bought this for my son's birthday / Christmas present because they are so close together. I think it was only about three or $400. But it is the Samsung which is a top rate item. And it has a curved screen for better viewing. That's what he wanted so that's what he got! LOL he said it works greatly and you can adjust so many settings such as the brightness the sound and everything else. Good size too! 32 inches that's like a TV screen LOL

Worst interface on the market. A sadist designed it.
Size: 32"
Great screen. The absolute worst interface in the business. Who in their right mind would want their monitor to change inputs on a whim? Who would design a 6 step process to change that input back? Samsung did. I wish I had spent my hard earned money elsewhere. I waste more time fixing this stupid monitor then I do enjoying the games I play on it. It's nightmare fuel.

Smart Features Overkill (for me)
Size: 32"
This monitor arrived promptly and undamaged. The picture quality is excellent, and the refresh rate has my games looking silky-smooth. If it was a normal monitor without smart features, I would give it 5 stars. The smart capabilities make this somewhat obnoxious from time to time. I just had an update (that prompted this review) that had a pop-up box telling me Samsung policies have been updated, but I was unable to dismiss it with my mouse or keyboard. I had to wait for it to time out or use the remote. There are also countdown screens during boot-up and shut-down that can be annoying at times, though to be fair, I have not attempted to disable them. It also occasionally just likes to pop up notifications that aren't from my computer about input or monitor settings (not pc display settings). It's really a pretty small nuisance, but after a few months sometimes has me wishing I had just dropped the cash on a nicer 4k monitor w/out smart capabilities. I would imagine it being quite convenient in a dorm or small apartment setting if you were also using it as a smart tv on a regular basis. Not a bad product by any means, just a few extra bells and whistles that occasionally get in the way of how I typically use it. I picked it up on sale for right around $400 and feel that was fair. If I had to pay more, I would probably make the jump to 4k and shop at that higher price point instead.

Its a TV too!
Size: 32"
I got this monitor for my computer for the most part. Excellent quality Colors are great, no dead pixels on arrival. Bright and easy to see. Comes with a remote which I thought was strange and put it aside for a few months. Then when I found the remote again I played with it and realized this was also a TV!! So for the price it is an amazing gaming monitor and a smart tv on top of that this is great value for the money. The curve may make it difficult to see as a tv if you are in a large space but for what it is made for there is no problem at all. And you can adjust if you do move around the room.

Great Gaming Monitor at an Affordable Price
Size: 32"
Solid Monitor with a high quality image with strong blacks on a VA panel, fantastic 240hz refresh rate, quick response time. Comes with some extra built in UI features and a remote for TV like functions or cloud gaming, which I don't really need, seeing as I am using this exclusively as a PC monitor. But certainly not a downside. Wasn't perfect out of the box, but with a little calibration and optimizing, gaming at 240 FPS looks and feels great. Perfect alongside my old 1440p 144hz monitor as a second monitor, and my new PC. Able to hit those 1440p/240FPS marks with my 7950X3D and 7900XTX GPU. Would recommend at it's current sale price just under $500. If your looking to spend more, consider an OLED option in the $800-1000 range for a screen with comparable specs. Also has Freesync Premium Pro with an effecting range from 60-240FPS for system/titles that are unable to hit that 240hz refresh rate at all times. From my testing this seems most optimal from 120-240 FPS, 60-120 FPS seems a bit less effective. Either way great monitor for the money spent.
