Kinbaku is the Japanese word for rope bondage: In the west it is often referred to as Shibari. Although it originated in Japan as a means of restraint and torture, during the last hundred years it has also been used as an activity which gives emotional, physical, and visual pleasure for the participants. Nawashi Murakawa, the Artistic Director of the annual London festival of the Art of Japanese Rope Bondage provides the historical context for the practice which goes back 12000 years. He also explains how Kinbaku has developed as a dramatic art form which is performed in front of audiences in many countries. This series of ten chapters demonstrates how the art of rope bondage has developed in the UK, Russia, Canada and the USA as well as presenting a modern day live performance in Tokyo. The final section shows more traditional Japanese techniques. Chapters with Japanese contributors provide the text in Japanese as well as in English. The stunning and surprising photographs reveal the beauty and daring of the models, and their written accounts together with those of the photographers and rope experts give an insight into the lifestyle of those who practice this particular fetish.Binding Type: Hardcover

This seems like a nice wallet.
Size: One Size, Color: Black
We just got this as my husband's other wallet was worn out. This seems to be a very nice replacement. He likes it and everything fit into it easily. I would buy it again. The price was great for wallet this nice.

Nice Wallet
Size: One Size, Color: Black
This is a pretty nice wallet, although calling it 'minimalist' might be a stretch. With the availability of Apple Pay and others, and the decline of cash, there is no longer a need to carry all your credit cards and money in your pocket. There is also a trend to allow you to put a legal image of your Drivers License on your phone. So as a result, wallets are getting smaller and thinner. This wallet attempts to achieve that, but actually I could do without the cash pocket and also the completely unnecessary fold out flap for your drivers license. I thought this flap could just be slipped out of the wallet, but it's actually sewn into the top of the card seam. When I received the wallet, I carefully cut off the flap above the seam, along with a ridiculous number of sewn-in tags in multiple languages, and this worked out pretty well. I can carry this wallet in my front pocket fairly easily. So for the price, I am pretty satisfied. Prior to this I was using a card case with 4 slots which I may go back to at some point. I'd have to say that unlike this wallet, the card case is truly minimalist.

Yes, Being A Man I was Forced To Buy A New Wallet After 18 Years!
Yes, I had a wallet for 18 years, I even rebuilt it with tape when parts of it were falling apart. Even if the tape didn't match the color of the wallet I'm obviously so creative that I added to that old wallet with color! I know many of you are applauding me for sharing this idea so I thank you! Anyway, this is a nice solid well priced wallet & looks like my old one minus the tape. I highly recommend it. If only I had time, I'd share more ideas like how I fixed my leaky roof.

Double stitched on edges
Size: One Size, Color: Black
It’s good quality and folds down small. I did cut out the inside flap with a clear plastic window so the wallet would fold flatter. It’s the only wallet I could find with double stitching. Seems good so far.
