This volume is a course in the basics of the Abcedrian System, an organized approach to the magic of the American Alphabet, emphasizing the importance of the planetary influences. Basic skills fit within the planetary/alphabetic system, yet are also useful within the context of other systems. This makes the Activities all the more useful, as they have their own value in the esoteric pursuit of the occult.

It includes the entire text of the shorter (but more academic) book, The Abcedrian System: Handbook of the American Alphabet in Magic. What makes this volume so special is the additional explanations of the text, along with step-by-step activities that will prepare the reader to adapt the information for use in their own personal practice.

The information is not just for the Abcedrian System: It is completely compatible with most other current systems, including Runes, Magical Qabalah, and others. Full directions are provided for calculating magical time in traditional ways, as well as 21st Century adaptations. A set of planetary seasons are provided, along with Key Words for use in planetary meditations. This course is the basis for expanding into other Abcedrian books, which will include ritual, meditation, time keeping, initiations, and other topics that are generally looked to for a complete magical system that is integrated, American (no one culture or religion), and free of religious elements from other traditions.

BEST sunscreen! No greasy/sticky residue!

I HATE putting on sunscreen! They’re always greasy yet somehow leave your skin feeling sticky at the same time (especially the spray on kinds)?! Most of them have a super strong smell, and even if it’s a good smell it’s so strong it ends up giving me a headache. A couple years ago Coppertone came out with a whipped sunscreen that I was borderline obsessed with! It changed my life when it came to the dread of putting on sunscreen. It was moisturizing, but not greasy. It left not a hint of stickiness, and it didn’t not have an overwhelming smell! I was ecstatic! I had it set to auto deliver the double pack all summer long! My whole family and extended family also loved it! Well, the very next summer they discontinued it and my family and I (especially) we’re devastated! They didn’t even come out with something similar. It was just gone! Since then I’ve been searching for any kind of comparable sunscreen to no avail! I’ve tried them all! Then, about a month ago I found this one!! This is it!! It’s only as good as the coppertone whipped, but in some ways it’s better!! It’s not greasy or sticky at all. It spreads easily and has the softest, lightest, most amazing smell as well! It feels like I’m putting on my favorite lotion! Plus, no one in my family has gotten the slightest bit burned! Even my beautiful porcelain skinned 4 year old daughter who you have to drag off the beach or out of the pool when the sun goes down because she thinks she’s a mermaid! 🤣 I have nothing bad to say about this sunscreen!! I have stocked up just in case…. But Please please please don’t discontinue it!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Better than Shiseido for a fraction of the price

This Banana Boat sunscreen feels so good that I decided to try it out for my hands every day, and it's fantastic. Smells good, not greasy at all it soaks right in, and the best part is my tan line is GONE. 10/10 please don't ever discontinue or change the formula.

Possibly the best sunscreen on the US market

I'm a self-confessed sunscreen snob. I love trying new formulas, and I came to the conclusion years ago that US formulas aren't usually for me. We haven't had a new filter approved by the FDA since the last millennium, and our products reflect that. I can't tell you how many times I spent $40+ on 1.7oz of sunscreen that I ended up hating before I switched to mostly Korean sunscreens; and most of the US sunscreens I like can be described as "good...for a US formula." In short, I didn't have high hopes for this, and I was very pleasantly surprised. This is a very, very good sunscreen even among non-US formulas. It's lightweight, doesn't make my oily skin shiny, and dries down entirely so it doesn't feel tacky or slimy. I can layer over and over throughout the day without pilling or streaks. It also comes in a huge tube for a very low price. The only possible downside is that it's fragranced, which isn't a deal breaker for me. I wish they still sold the 3oz facial version because it's travel-friendly, but from what I can tell, it's the same formula. Try this, especially if you hate thick, heavy, shiny sunscreens. Unless you can't do fragrance, I think you will be very happy with it.
