 Important things

1

• Due to the small number of sample orders, it is difficult for us to coat and we need to wait for production with other customers. The delivery time is about 10-15 days. If you mind the delivery time, please do not pay, or buy 5-10 pieces, we can expedite the order

2

• Vanadium-based molecular sieves cannot be used in EURO6 models because they cannot convert nitrogen oxides in the low temperature range.
EURO5 models can use vanadium-based molecular sieves/copper-based molecular sieves.
EURO6 models can only use copper-based molecular sieves.

3

• ASC is usually made together with SCR copper molecular sieve. For example, for a 5-inch high-speed, we usually use the last 2 inches to coat ASC. (Note: This is our general solution. If there are special requirements, we can customize it.)

4

• Color Difference

•Vanadium molecular sieve--yellow

•Copper molecular sieve--light green

5

• In addition, SCR usually has three kinds of base materials, and one is iron molecular sieve, but we use it less. If you need iron molecular sieve SCR-ASC, please contact us

Project SCR SCR+ASC
Function Converts nitrogen oxides (NOx) in exhaust gas into harmless nitrogen (N₂) and water (H₂O). On the basis of SCR, further eliminate unreacted residual ammonia (NH₃ escape) to avoid secondary pollution
How it works 1. Urea injection: Urea solution is sprayed into the exhaust pipe and hydrolyzed at high temperature to generate ammonia (NH₃).
2. Catalytic reduction: NH₃ undergoes a selective reduction reaction with NOx on the surface of the SCR catalyst to generate N₂ and H₂O.
3. Catalyst type: Vanadium-based (V₂O₅-WO₃/TiO₂) or zeolite molecular sieve (such as Cu-ZSM-5)
1. Location: ASC is located downstream of the SCR catalyst.
2. Catalytic oxidation: Use precious metal catalysts (such as Pt/Pd) to selectively oxidize escaped NH₃ to N₂ instead of NOx.
3. Anti-overoxidation: The reaction conditions need to be precisely controlled to avoid excessive oxidation of NH₃ to generate NOx.
Catalytic reaction equation

Main reaction (ideal conditions):

4NH3+4NO+O2--4N2+6H2O

Side reactions (high NO₂ ratio):

2NH3+NO+NO2--2N2+3H2O

Main reaction of NH₃ oxidation:

4NH3+3O2--2N2+6H2O

Synergistic reaction with residual NOx:

4NH3+6NO--5N2+6H2O

Item SCR SCR + ASC

Emission Control Meet NOₓ limit value Meet NOₓ limit value + NH₃ emission limit value
System Complexity Lower Higher (require ASC module integration)

Summary of technical points

1. SCR is the core of NOx purification, but the amount of urea injection needs to be precisely controlled to avoid insufficient NH₃ (low NOx conversion rate) or excessive NH₃ (NH₃ escape).

2. ASC is a supplement to SCR to solve the problem of NH₃ escape, especially suitable for scenarios where regulations have strict restrictions on NH₃ emissions (such as National VI b stage).

3. Collaborative design: SCR and ASC need to match exhaust flow rate and temperature window (ASC operating temperature is usually 200-450°C) to ensure overall efficiency.

FAQ on SCR and SCR+ASC catalytic conversion reaction of diesel vehicles

1. What are SCR and SCR+ASC?

SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction): By injecting urea solution into the exhaust gas, urea decomposes to produce ammonia (NH₃). Under the action of the catalyst, ammonia selectively reduces nitrogen oxides (NOₓ) to nitrogen (N₂) and water (H₂O), mainly used to reduce NOₓ emissions in diesel vehicle exhaust.

SCR+ASC (Ammonia Escape Catalytic Converter): Add an ASC module on the basis of SCR. ASC can catalytically oxidize excess ammonia (ammonia escape) after the SCR reaction into nitrogen and water, further reducing ammonia pollution to the environment.

2. What is the core difference between SCR and SCR+ASC?

SCR only reduces NOₓ, while SCR+ASC can not only reduce NOₓ, but also eliminate ammonia that may escape from the SCR system, meeting stricter NOₓ and NH₃ emission limits.

3. What are the advantages of SCR+ASC?
Reduce the pollution of ammonia escape to the atmosphere (such as avoiding the formation of ammonium salt particles);
Meet more stringent emission regulations (such as controlling NOₓ and NH₃ emissions at the same time);
Improve the overall efficiency of the system and avoid ammonia waste.

4. In what scenarios is SCR+ASC suitable?
In areas with strict emission regulations (such as National VI and above);
Application scenarios with extremely high requirements for exhaust emissions, such as urban buses, logistics transport vehicles, etc.

5. What are the precautions for the maintenance of both?
SCR: Regularly check whether the urea injection system is blocked and monitor the activity of the catalyst (to avoid high-temperature sintering or poisoning).
SCR+ASC: In addition to the maintenance of SCR, it is necessary to pay extra attention to whether the ASC module is blocked or the catalyst fails, and regularly clean up impurities such as carbon deposits.

6. How is the emission effect compared?

SCR: Only control NOₓ emissions to within the limit;

SCR+ASC: While controlling NOₓ, NH₃ emissions are also reduced to an extremely low level, which is more environmentally friendly.

7. How to solve the ammonia slip problem in SCR?

Through the SCR+ASC system, the catalyst of the ASC module (such as precious metal Pt/Pd) is used to catalytically oxidize the escaped ammonia into harmless nitrogen and water.

8. What factors affect the life of the catalyst?

Temperature: Too high a temperature (such as > 600℃) may cause the catalyst to sinter and deactivate;

Urea quality: Impurities in inferior urea (such as biuret) will contaminate the catalyst;

Sulfur content: Sulfur in fuel or urea will poison the catalyst and shorten its life. Generally, the life of SCR catalyst is 2-5 years, and SCR+ASC requires comprehensive maintenance to extend the overall life.

this book is totally worth picking up!
Format: Kindle
Perfect Deke was such a fantastic surprise! I didn’t know what to expect going in, but Ruth Stilling absolutely delivered a fun, emotional, and swoon-worthy ride. From the very first chapter, I was hooked. The characters, the chemistry, and the blend of humor and heart had me coming back for more. Deke is everything you want in a book boyfriend—charming, protective, and a little bit rough around the edges. But what really stood out to me was how multi-dimensional he was. Sure, he has that tough exterior, but there’s a lot more going on underneath, and I loved peeling back those layers. And let’s not forget the heroine—she was smart, strong, and had a fire to her that I really admired. The dynamic between them was electric, with that perfect mix of banter and deeper emotional connection. The plot was full of twists and turns, and the romance built up so nicely without feeling rushed. There were moments of tension, but also a lot of lightheartedness that made it such an enjoyable read. I appreciated how the author balanced those heavier moments with some real laugh-out-loud scenes, which gave the book a great flow. Perfect Deke really had it all—great characters, chemistry, and a plot that kept me turning the pages. It’s definitely a strong start to the Blade Kings series, and I’m looking forward to seeing where it goes next. If you're into swoon-worthy romances with a mix of humor, heart, and some spicy moments, this book is totally worth picking up! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5)

good spice, poor banter
Format: Kindle
This definitely scratches the itch, but doesn’t offer a ton in terms of plot. The conflict that arises towards the end is weak at best, so if you are a fan of no third act breakup, this could be a good fit. He never really reads as British, but maybe the audio book would be a better option, if an accent does it for you.

oh my stars was this book everything i wanted and more!
Format: Kindle
The book follows Kendra Hart, an American soccer player, who is in a relationship with Tyler (who cares what his last name is he sucks). But they break up and Tyler isn’t happy about that (because he sucks). That’s when our favorite man, Jack Morgan, can sweep in and fake date her to help her get Tyler off his back. Here’s the drama though, Tyler and Jack used to be rivals in college and now they play for the same NHL team. Jack has had a secret crush on Kendra for years and he doesn’t plan to keep their relationship fake!! Kendra is just one of my favorite FMCs to date! throughout the whole book she is nothing but loyal and compassionate to all the people around her and she has no idea that her jack wang ex boyfriend was actually the worst until Jack! Jack who has cared about her for years and wants to do everything to help her see how she should be loved! the parking lot comment killed me and i felt like a true ache in my chest! and the third act moment i wish we got to see the rest of the context of the texts because i was just as shocked as Kendra (props to Ruth’s writing!! i was literally gobsmacked) but Jack explains it so no issue there really! the spice was perfect! literally all around i found this book to be amazing! I think each and every one of Ruth’s books have gotten better and better and that makes me so excited because this book kind of set up the next 2 in the series and i am ON MY KNEEEEESSS PRAYING for a Darcy and Archer book! i love the long term commitment girl with the playboy! its such a fun trope and Liam has been known to make Darcy cry, feel like she’s too much, he kinda monopolizes her time, and reminds me of Elliot who I also hope Darcy gets away from! i’m also excited to see the tropes of the next book because he’s a single dad and she floats around for work but she works in motorcycle shops so i’m not sure if a nanny trope will be there (this is assuming the next book is about Colin which i hope it is!!) Thank you so much to Ruth Stilling and her team for allowing me to read this ARC! I had the best time reading it! :)

A great hockey romance
Format: Kindle
This was a great hockey romance. Jake is a rookie NHL player who has secretly liked Kendra, a pro soccer star, since college. Kendra ends up without a place to live, so Jake steps in to help. He moves her in. They try to keep it inconspicuous to deter her ex and the team vibe. When her ex, Jake's teammate and rival, won’t leave her alone, Jake steps in to fake date her. I loved how much Jake adores Kendra. He’s supportive, protective, and says the sweetest things to her. Kendra is tough and confident, but you also see her softer side with Jake. Their friendship is strong before anything romantic happens, which makes their connection feel real. The fake dating, forced proximity, and “he falls first” tropes are done really well. There are lots of swoony moments, fun banter, and just enough drama to keep things interesting.

Jon Morgan's stepson? Say. Less!
Format: Kindle
This is book one in the Blade Kings series and we are starting off with a bang because we have Jon Morgan's stepson as our MMC! This was my first second generation story and I. Loved. it! I am a huge Jon Morgan fan so seeing Jack take the Morgan name and number made me emotional. 🥹 Jack is the textbook definition of a boy obsessed. He has been down hard for Kendra since they first met in college. Unfortunately she was dating his team rival, Tyler. Tyler took Kendra for granted and didn't give her the time and attention she deserved. And Jack hated him for it. Fast forward a few years and they are all in New York City, where Jack and Tyler are playing on the same team again, and Kendra is a pro soccer player. And there is still nothing but bad blood between Jack and Tyler. Eventually Kendra realizes that Tyler doesn't value their relationship like he should so she ends things. Which gives Jack the time to work that Morgan (yes I know he's not really a Morgan but he acts like one). 😏 When Kendra needs a place to stay Jack is more than happy to offer up his place. And when Tyler won't leave her alone they decide to enter into a fake relationship to keep him away. Which causes some 💥 on and off the ice between the guys As you can imagine it doesn't take long for Kendra to realize how incredible Jack is and how much she was missing out on. My girl Kendra is a total badass independent queen. She is fierce and dedicated, but also vulnerable and passionate. They give us some top notch banter and chemistry that is off the charts. Jack is so patient and sweet and swoony and treats her how she deserves to be treated. The way he cares for and loves her had me in a puddle. Ruth absolutely slayed this book like she does all of her others. At this point if she writes it I'm going to read it and I'm going to love it! If you haven't already you need to add it to your TBR you will not be disappointed. ✨ Available on Kindle Unlimited today!
